Sound, music and a closer camera
The game has sound now. It is experimental, and your feedback is very much needed. On phones the camera stays close to your work, and the leaderboards now list everyone.

Experimental sound
- A first try: sound and music are brand new and experimental. I am no genius with sound, so some of it may still sound off. Your feedback is very much needed: tell me on Discord what you like and what should change.
- Your work: chopping, mining, fishing, cooking, the benches, thieving, diving and farming all make sounds now.
- Your fights: your blows, arrows and spells, what hits you, what you dodge and what falls.
- Your rewards: a soft sound for each thing you gain, a little tune of its own for each skill when you level up, and bigger ones for great finds, pets, level 99 and level 120.
- Music: eight new relaxing pieces: Crossing at Morning, Birchlight, Under the Seam, Slack Water, Hearth and Ember, Steady Hand, Evenfall and Lantern Road. The next piece leans towards what you are doing.
- Buttons and windows: these stay silent for now.
- Your settings: the Settings have a new Sound tab: a slider for music, a slider for sounds, a button for the next piece and a switch for playing in another tab. Sound starts with your first press in the game.
A closer camera
- At your work: when you chop, mine, steal or work at a bench or the hearth, the camera now stays close on you and what you are working on. Before, your adventurer could be almost out of sight.
- World events: the camera stands further back here, so you still see the giant and the crowd around it.
- Settings: the Settings now slide up from the bottom like the other windows, with a close button, and you can drag them down to close them.
Everyone on the board
- Pages: every leaderboard of adventurers now has pages, so everyone from total level 100 is listed, 50 to a page.
- Your place: when you are not on the page you are looking at, your name and rank stay at the bottom, and My page takes you straight there.
