World events are here
Every two hours a world event is called: the Great Oak, the Fallen Star, the Moonpool or the Ember Matron, taken on together for three times the XP and an event chest. With clan news in the clan chat, the new action bar, harder vows and more since the last notes.

World events
- Every two hours: a world event is called 30 minutes before it starts. Press Join on the call to go. Nobody is taken along without pressing it.
- Four events in turn: fell the Great Oak on Grove Ridge, break open the Fallen Star on Starfall Heath, light the Moonpool by fishing it, or bring down the Ember Matron in her caldera in the style you fight with.
- Together: everyone at the event works on the same giant, and the bigger the crowd, the bigger it is. The Great Oak, the Fallen Star and the Moonpool go in five stages. The Ember Matron has one big health bar.
- Three times the XP: while it runs, your work at the event gives three times the XP and three times the goods.
- The event chest: at the end a chest opens with your share: goods of your own skill and Crossing tokens for every stage you were there, a gift from three stages on, and a keepsake from your first event of each kind. Once a day each kind also gives a small chance at its companion.
- The Ember Matron: her bar shows her real hit points, and everyone fights her at their own strength. Your hits show big and bright, everyone else's small and pale behind them. When her bar runs out she falls: one kill for everyone who helped. If she still stands at the end, she sinks back into her lake and everyone is paid all the same.
- Idle through it: once you are there, your adventurer keeps at it while you are away, and your own work picks up again when the event ends.
- The trader: spend Crossing tokens on the four companions (the Oakling, the Starpebble, the Glimmerfin and the Emberling), on bird's nests and on gems.
- Titles: ten of one event earns its title: Oakfeller, Starbreaker, Moonfisher or Matronbane. Wear it from your profile.
- Firsts and records: the first of each event on the server, and every record crowd, are told in Global chat and on our Discord.
- Where: Events, on the left, shows the next event, who is going, the schedule and the trader.
Also new since the last notes
- Clan news: your clan's chat now says when a member starts a build and when it is built, when someone donates to the vault, and the week's goal when it is set and when it is reached.
- Area chat: is put away for now. Talk in Global, or in your clan's chat.
- One action bar: every activity has the same bar at the bottom now, with your food, arrows, runes and tools as slots and Stop always last. Auto Eat moved into the food picker.
- Harder vows: in the Quarry Descent the room foes fight above their own level at a higher vow, up to 20 levels at Vow 10, and the chest keeps pace with better odds and more Warden cores.
- Frame rate: a new setting next to Graphics: 30, 60 or Max. The game no longer draws faster than you choose, which is easier on your computer.
- Lighter graphics: on Medium and Low the panels are solid instead of frosted glass, which is much lighter on your computer. High keeps the glass.
- Graphics card: if your browser draws the game without your graphics card, the game now tells you, so you can turn on hardware acceleration in your browser.
- The Sealed Drift: the low roof that blocked your view in the Quarry Descent is gone.
- A real rest: miners now rest the pickaxe on the shoulder while the rock fills again, as woodcutters do with the axe.
